Having been to games at OSU...it has nothing over UGA. I would put PSU above OSU. ND, I would have placed number one, maybe; Texas maybe number 2. UGA, LSU, Bama, AU,
Michigan, PSU, and OSU for a tight group tied for the next few spots.
